Description:
Pallara’s flat landscape required the construction of a new Pump Station and Rising Main to service the new Residential and Commercial Subdivisions in the area. Given the rapid development of the area, the new infrastructure was required to be complete in a tight timeframe.
Project Scope/Highlights:
· 1.5km of twin DN315 and DN180 PE Rising Main in Common Trench
· Numerous reinforced cast in situ structures
· Tunnel Boring under Learoyd Road
· Bridge Crossing over Oxley Creek – DICL pipe slung from underside of existing bridge
· Construction of 9m Deep Manhole over existing DN1200 Trunk Sewer
· Live Connection to DN1200 Trunk Sewer including setting up Bypass Pumping
· All works through industrial areas and along public thoroughfares
