This quality extends to our workers. We insure we provide them the best quality tools and equipment to use on site, as well as ensuring their pay, superannuation & work cover is paid on time and without errors.

At D&J’s we have engaged the services of an OHS Professional. We are in continuous consultation to ensure that we remain current and up to date with current legislation and regulations. We conduct regular site audits and compliance checks. All our employees complete a general workplace induction, are fully qualified to do specific tasks and are provided with the correct PPE. We have engaged in a service with a RTO to continue to up-skill our workers.

To do our bit to help protect the environment we conduct frequent environmental checks on site. We comply with council and EPA regulations at all times to prevent any damage to the environment on each project
